Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 4, 2026, James E. Schisler, Chief Operating Officer of The Brand House Collective, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his intent to resign as an officer and employee of the Company effective March 20, 2026. Mr. Schisler, who will remain in his current capacity with the Company until his March 20 departure date, is resigning to pursue other opportunities. There were no disagreements between Mr. Schisler and the Company.
