The cancellation of the Company Convertible notes is a significant step to strengthening the Company's balance sheet and equity structure. In addition, the Company believes that with the Debt Cancellation, the Company has positively addressed the OTC Markets comments on its previously announced application for a OTCQB listing and as a result will be reapplying for an OTCQB listing.
