(the "Company") (NASDAQ: "TCBS"), the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of common stock. This represents the second increase since the Company began paying dividends in March 2023. The dividend will be payable on or about March 28, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2024.
