("Tevogen" or the "Company) (NASDAQ:TVGN) announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2025, and filed its Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), highlighting improved operational efficiency.

For the three months ended June 30, 2025, loss from operations was $5.4 million, compared to $8.6 million for the same period in 2024. Net loss for the quarter was $5.5 million, compared to $9.7 million in Q2 2024.
