On March 10, 2026, Joseph R. Hanley, Senior Vice President – Strategy and Corporate Development of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. (TDS), notified TDS of his intention to retire from his employment with TDS, effective July 1, 2026, or such other date as may be mutually agreed upon by Mr. Hanley and TDS.
