Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 15, 2024, the Reporting Person elected to convert 10,000 shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class B Common Stock"), of Aetherium Acquisition Corp (the "Issuer") held by the Reporting Person into shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Common Stock"), of the Issuer on a one-for-one basis. As a result, 10,000 shares of the Class B Common Stock were cancelled, and 10,000 shares of the Class A Common Stock were issued to the Reporting Person on May 15, 2024.
