On May 4, 2023, Sweetgreen, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for its fiscal quarter ended March 26, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
