Explanation of Responses:

1. The exempt disposition of 359 shares of common stock of AngioDynamics, Inc. ("AngioDynamics") was made to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the pre-determined vesting of shares underlying restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on July 20, 2022.

2. The exempt disposition of 395 shares of common stock of AngioDynamics was made to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the pre-determined vesting of shares of underlying restricted stock units granted to the reporting person on July 21, 2021.
