2. On March 3, 2023, the reporting person was granted 11,000 (7 post-splits) RSUs, vesting in three approximately equal annual installments beginning on March 2, 2024.

3. On June 7, 2022, the reporting person was granted 11,000 (7 post-splits) RSUs, vesting in three approximately equal annual installments beginning on March 3, 2023.
