1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On February 9, 2024, the reporting person was granted 11,935 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.

3. On February 10, 2023, the reporting person was granted 9,602 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
