Departure of Director

On June 30, 2024, Tim Kutzkey, Ph.D. notified Surrozen, Inc. of his resignation as a member of our board of directors and from all committees of the board of directors on which he served, effective as of June 30, 2024. Dr. Kutzkey's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
