Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 22, 2025, Mr. Christopher R. Curia, age 69, announced his intention to retire from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Sunoco GP LLC (the “General Partner”), the general partner of Sunoco LP (the “Partnership”), effective May 1, 2025.

Mr. Curia’s retirement from the Board is not a result of any disagreement with the General Partner, the Partnership, management, or other current directors. Mr. Curia has served as a director of the General Partner since August 2014.
