Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 15, 2025, Robert E. Knowling Jr. notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Stride, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board and all committees on which he served, effective immediately. Mr. Knowling’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Knowling and the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
