Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 7, 2026, the Board of Directors of Strawberry Fields Realty, Inc. declared a cash dividend on its common stock (the “Common Stock”) in the amount of $0.17 per share (the “Dividend”). The Dividend will be payable in cash on June 30, 2026 to holders of record of the Common Stock as of June 16, 2026.
