Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 11, 2022, Austin K. So submitted his resignation from his position as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary of StoneMor Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of February 7, 2022 or such earlier date as may be agreed between the Company and Mr. So (the “Effective Date”). Lorena L. Trujillo, who has served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of the Company since 2019, has been elected as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, such election to be effective on the Effective Date.
