Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 29, 2022, Scott Darling, Chief Legal Officer of Stitch Fix, Inc. (the “Company”), announced his intention to resign from the Company, effective November 30, 2022. Casey O’Connor, the Company’s current Deputy General Counsel, will be succeeding Mr. Darling as Chief Legal Officer of the Company, effective November 30, 2022.
