Resignation of Mr. Lyle M. Wolberg from the Board of Directors

On March 1, 2024, Lyle M. Wolberg notified Sterling Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Directors of Sterling Bank and Trust, F.S.B., effective March 31, 2024. Mr. Wolberg’s resignation is not due to any disagreement on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
