Following the Company's Oct. 21, 2021, press release regarding the downward pressure of the Company's stock price, the Company has since learned that its trading symbol "SPRT" (CSE:SPRT) is also used by an unrelated company on NASDAQ (NASDAQ:SPRT). The Company would like to confirm that it has no relation, or business dealings with Support.com, the owner of NASDAQ: SPRT.

The Company is aware that before Oct. 20, 2021, NASDAQ: SPRT undertook a substantial short position that resulted in the stock halting trading. The company wishes to confirm there is no association between CSE: SPRT and NASDAQ: SPRT.

The Company has made the request to the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) for permission to change CSE: SPRT ticker symbol to avoid incorrect association with NASDAQ: SPRT in the future. At the time of registration, the Company was not aware of any conflicts in the use of SPRT and had submitted three candidate trade symbols to the CSE for prior approval.
