2. The following shares were acquired from reinvestment of CTBI dividends held in brokerage account at LPL. 04/01/25 2.5800 (LPL acct 34589521/ Direct) 07/01/25 2.4680 (LPL acct 34589521/ Direct) 10/01/25 2.6600 (LPL acct 34589521/ Direct)

3. These shares were acquired during the fiscal year under the Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan at a price range of $60.15 - $46.33 per share in transactions that were exempt from Section 16(b) by virtue of old rule 16a-8(b). The information reported herein is based on plan statement dated December 31, 2025.

4. Between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, the reporting person acquired 0.0135 shares of CTBI Common Stock under the 401(k) plan. In March 2025, the reporting person was charged a fee of $14.50 as an adjustment that resulted from 401(k) nondiscrimination testing, which reduced his 401(k) holdings by 0.2657 shares.
