NEW YORK, Jan. 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of S&P Global (NYSE:SPGI) today approved a 1.1% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock.

The Company has paid a dividend each year since 1937 and is one of fewer than 25 companies in the S&P 500^® that has increased its dividend annually for at least the last 51 years.

The quarterly dividend will increase from $0.90 to $0.91 per share. The dividend of $0.91 is payable on March 12, 2024, to shareholders of record on February 27, 2024. The new annualized dividend rate is $3.64 per share.
