Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 6, 2026, David E. Lazar, a director of Sow Good Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will resign effective immediately. Mr. Lazar’s decision to resign is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
