On December 18, 2024, Bradley Berman tendered his resignation, effective December 31, 2024 from the Board of Directors of Sow Good Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Berman resigned to allow for additional time to pursue other business opportunities and his resignation is not because of any disagreement with the management or directors of the Company.
