On January 9, 2023, Sovos Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) announced in a press release that it has completed the divesture of the Birch Benders brand and related assets to Hometown Food Company. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
