Third Quarter Dividend

The Board of Directors of SRT today declared a dividend of $0.43 per outstanding share of common stock for the third quarter 2025. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2025, to the common stockholders of record on September 30, 2025. The third quarter dividend is in line with the second quarter dividend.
