On March 6, 2026, Nasim Golzadeh notified SoundThinking, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as the Company’s Managing Director, TechnoLogic and Executive Vice President, Investigative Solutions and from all other positions she holds with the Company and each of its subsidiaries, effective March 31, 2026, to pursue an opportunity outside the public safety industry.
