Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 18, 2023, Matthew Siegel, Chief Commercial Officer, informed Sonos, Inc. (the “Company”) that he is resigning from his role, effective February 17, 2023. Mr. Siegel is pursuing another professional opportunity and there were no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Siegel on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices that led to his resignation.
