On July 7, 2023, Timothy R. Coté resigned, for personal reasons, as a member of the Board of Directors of Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”). There were no disagreements between Dr. Coté and the Company, including with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices, that resulted in Dr. Coté’s resignation.
