On May 6, 2025, Solid Power, Inc. (the “Company,” “Solid Power,” “we,” or “our”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
