Resignation of Named Executive Officer

On December 2, 2025, SoFi Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Stephen Simcock, the Company's General Counsel, will retire from his position effective December 31, 2025. The retirement is not a result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company relating to the Company's operations, policies (including accounting or financial policies) or practices.
