Director Resignation

On January 8, 2025, Mr. Michael Bingle notified the Board of Directors of the Company of his resignation from service as a director of the Company, effective January 13, 2025. The decision to resign for Mr. Bingle is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company. The Company and the Board thank Mr. Bingle for his valuable insights, perspective and commitment during his tenure.
