Director Resignation

On December 9, 2023, Mr. Richard Costolo notified the Board of Directors of the Company of his resignation from service as a director of the Company, effective December 20, 2023. The resignation of Mr. Costolo was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
