Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 31, 2026, SOBR Safe, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing that the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) had determined that the Company’s 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2026 Annual Meeting”) would be held on Monday, May 18, 2026.

The Board has determined to postpone the 2026 Annual Meeting until a later date. The Company will provide updated information regarding the rescheduled 2026 Annual Meeting, including any revised record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote, in a future communication.
