Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 18, 2026, Skillz Inc. (the “Company”) changed its corporate name from Skillz Inc. to Firy Inc. (the “Name Change”). In connection with the Name Change, the Company plans to present certain information at the Company’s 2026 annual meeting of the stockholders (the “Investor Presentation”). The Investor Presentation will also be posted to the investor site before the start of the annual meeting on its website at investors.firy.com.

The Investor Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
