Item 5.02			Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 7, 2023, Anthony L. LeHan announced that he intends to retire as Chief Accounting Officer of SiriusPoint Ltd. (the “Company”), effective March 31, 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company expects to appoint Evan M. Cabat as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective April 1, 2024. Mr. Cabat, age 39, has been with the Company since 2021 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Global Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cabat served as an audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, where he practiced for 15 years.

The selection of Mr. Cabat to serve as Chief Accounting Officer is not pursuant to any arrangement or understanding with respect to any other person. There are no family relationships between Mr. Cabat and any director or executive officer of the Company, and there are no transactions between Mr. Cabat and the Company that would be required to be reported under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
