Item 8.01 Other Events.

SilverSPAC Inc. (the “Company”) did not consummate an initial business combination by September 14, 2023, the deadline under its Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.

As a revision to the information provided in the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed September 14, 2023, the Company expects its issued and outstanding Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Public Shares”) to cease trading as of the close of business on September 27, 2023. The Company will redeem the Public Shares on September 28, 2023 and expects the redemption price per share of the Public Shares will be $10.48132814.
