(SIGA) (NASDAQ:SIGA), a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced that the Board of Directors declared a special dividend of $0.45 per share on the common stock of the Company. The special dividend is payable on June 2, 2022 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2022.
