Explanation of Responses:

1. Award of restricted units. The restricted units vest annually in equal increments over a five-year period beginning on November 16, 2024.

2. Since the date of the reporting person's last Form 4, he transferred 17,936 units pursuant to a domestic relations order. This transfer was exempt from Section 16 pursuant to Rule 16a-12 under the Exchange Act. The reporting person no longer reports as beneficially owned any securities owned by his ex-spouse.

3. Reflects common units not distributed to the reporting person in order to satisfy the reporting person's tax obligations on vestings.
