SES AI Corporation (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) has scheduled its 2025 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) for October 1, 2025. Given the timing of the Annual Meeting in relation to the anniversary of the prior year’s meeting, updated deadlines apply for the submission of stockholder proposals. Proposals or nominations submitted pursuant to our advance notice bylaws must be received at our principal executive offices by September 12, 2025, and include the information required by our bylaws. Proposals submitted pursuant to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, must be received at our principal executive offices by September 8, 2025, and meet the requirements set forth in the applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
