ACMH serves as the sole owner of ACM. As such, ACMH may be deemed to control ACM and, therefore, may be deemed to be the beneficial owners of the Ordinary Shares reported in this Schedule 13G. Hamza Lemssouguer is the sole owner of ACMH, and, for purposes of this Schedule 13G, may be deemed a beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares reported herein. The percentages reported in this Schedule 13G have been calculated based on 395,165,033 Class A ordinary shares, as set forth in the Issuer's 10-K filed with the SEC on February 18, 2026.
