The information required by this item with respect to each Reporting Person is set forth in Rows 5 through 9 and 11 of the cover pages to this Schedule 13G. The ownership percentages reported herein are based on an aggregate of 4,389,099 shares of Common Stock outstanding, comprised of (i) 3,950,628 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of March 21, 2026, as reported by the Issuer in its Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 2026, and (ii) 438,471 shares of Common Stock issued in the Issuer's private placement on April 6, 2026, as reported in the Issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on April 7, 2026. The Master Fund directly holds 438,471 shares of Common Stock. Perceptive Advisors serves as the investment manager to the Master Fund and may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by the Master Fund. Mr. Edelman is the managing member of Perceptive Advisors and may be deemed to beneficially own the shares held by the Master Fund.
