The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 1,000,000 shares of Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, which is approximately 5.8% of the outstanding shares. This percentage was determined by dividing 1,000,000 by 17,250,000, which is the number of shares outstanding as of June 12, 2025, as reported in the Issuer's Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2025, filed with the SEC on June 12, 2025.
