The Reporting Person may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 1,225,000 Units, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share, $0.0001 par value per share, and one-half of one redeemable warrant, which is approximately 5.15% of the outstanding. This percentage was determined by dividing 1,225,000 by 23,775,000, which is the number of shares outstanding as of September 15, 2025 as reported in the Issuer's Form 8-K filed with the SEC on September 19, 2025.
