OrbiMed Advisors LLC exercises investment and voting power over the shares of Common Stock through a management committee comprised of Carl L. Gordon, Sven H. Borho, and W. Carter Neild, each of whom disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock reported herein.
