		(iii)	ICONIQ III Co-Invest directly owns 4,781,067 shares of Class A Common Stock, which represents approximately 1.6% of the outstanding Class A Common Stock.

		(iv)	ICONIQ III GP may be deemed to beneficially own 23,439,381 shares of Class A Common Stock owned by the ICONIQ III Funds, which represents approximately 7.7% of the outstanding Class A Common Stock.
