As of March 31, 2021, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own an aggregate of 0 shares of Common Stock (“Common Stock”) of Navient Corp. (the “Issuer”), representing 0.0% of the Issuer’s outstanding Common Stock.

The percentage of the Common Stock held by the Reporting Person is based on 152,132,902 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of January 31, 2022 as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-K dated December 31, 2021 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 22, 2022.
