The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Susquehanna Securities includes (i) options to buy 835,600 Shares, and (ii) 59,167 Shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants to purchase Shares. The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by G1 Execution Services, LLC includes 1,797 Shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants to purchase Shares. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on November 10, 2021 indicates that there were 80,580,232 Shares outstanding as of September 30, 2021.
