William Zolezzi is the control person of Divisadero Street Capital Management, LP and Divisadero Street Partners GP, LLC. Divisadero Street Capital Management, LP, Divisadero Street Partners, L.P., Divisadero Street Partners GP, LLC, and William Zolezzi (collectively, the “Filers”) are filing this statement jointly, but not as members of a group.
