Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issued identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned: 1,428,443 which consists of 1,251,683 shares owned individually by the reporting person as of December 31, 2022, no options to purchase shares at December 31, 2022 or within 60 days and 176,760 shares owned by spouse.

(b) Percent of Class: 9.4% based on 15,218,428 shares of the Issuer’s common stock outstanding on December 31, 2022 as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 and including all 1,428,443 shares that could be deemed to be beneficially owned by Mr. Roth.
