	The name of the issuer is Amryt Pharma plc (the "Company").

	This statement is filed by Highbridge Capital Management, LLC ("Highbridge" or the "Reporting Person"), a Delaware limited liability company and the investment adviser to certain funds and accounts (the "Highbridge Funds"), with respect to the Ordinary Shares (as defined in Item 2(d) below) underlying the ADSs (as defined in Item 2(d) below) directly held by the Highbridge Funds.

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the Ordinary Shares reported herein.

	The percentages used herein are calculated based upon 319,858,447 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of September 30, 2022, as reported in Exhibit 99.7 of the Company's Report of Foreign Issuer on Form 6-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 3, 2022.
