AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. entered into a merger agreement with Covis Group S.a r.l. on November 16, 2020. In light of the merger agreement, the reporting persons listed on this 13G ceased to be 5% beneficial owners of AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
